Admitting The Admitting and Patient Accounts Departments are combined at St. Elizabeth Health Services. These departments are easily accessed immediately through the front door of the facility. Admitting is open 24 hours a day. The phone number is (541)523-6461. The Patients Accounts Department is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. There are two direct lines for this department: (541)523-8161 and (541)523-8824. Voice mail is available for these extensions 24 hours a day. St. Elizabeth Health Services offers a Financial Grant Program for patients who cannot meet their financial obligations for services rendered. Applications are available at the front desk of the hospital. If you have any questions regarding this program, please call (541) 523-6461 and ask for Patient Accounts. |
