Auxiliary The St. Elizabeth Health Services Auxiliary is a volunteer organization consisting of individuals of all faiths who are interested in assisting St. Elizabeth in fulfilling its mission of providing quality patient care. The Auxiliary provides services to St. Elizabeth and its patients and residents, raises funds for the purchase of necessary equipment and promotes the services and activities of St. Elizabeth Health Services throughout the community. The Auxiliary members raise funds throughout the year in several ways, some of which include book sales, a Christmas Bazaar, a gift shop and the Health Fair bake sale. The Auxiliary members help with activities throughout the year including the Health Fair, the Annual Blood Draw, the Festival of Trees, the Breast Cancer Screening Clinic, and many other activities. The Auxiliary offers a $2,000 scholarship each year toward a college sophomore or beyond who is pursuing a career in the health field. The deadline for the scholarship application is April 20 of each year. Applications may be obtained from the Auxiliary desk located in the front entrance of the hospital. The Auxiliary was first organized in 1967 and has been actively providing services since that time.
