Medical Records The Medical Records Department consists of the Director of Quality, the Medical Staff Coordinator, the Medical Records Clerks and the Coders. For questions in regard to your medical records, the Medical Records Department may be accessed by calling (541)523-8140. Medical Records is located immediately beyond the Admitting Department at St. Elizabeth. |
